An example would be, at my job, I had a good balance of observation, communication, and reflection. I got to see and talk with lots of different people. There was a wide variety of members coming from various backgrounds. I then got to talk and socialize with them. I met at least one new person a day and built relationships. However, there were also periods where I was doing mundane tasks, which allowed my mind to reflect on the communications and form observations. Observation + reflection = growth & learning, as well as the creation of new ideas, which leads to endless possibilities. It established a powerful equation of thought synthesis, which I am grateful for.
